My wife and I met Matt at an open house. At the time, we were semi-serious at looking at a new home and didn't have a realtor yet. He seemed very knowledgeable and we decided to go with him. We certainly did not make it easy on Matt with our criteria- size, location, price point. He showed us homes but none really clicked with everything we wanted. Matt went above and beyond. He actually canvased the area we wanted to live in with mailers. Because of Matt's tenacity, we actually ended up buying a rental property that wasn't on the market. We used him in the subsequent sale of our condo and that took no time at all. Both were extremely smooth processes. If needed, we will use him again.

Matt not only helped us find homes to look at and purchase but after we moved in, he went above and beyond. He helped us find a handyman, helped us install carpet and get it clean,. Helped us contact the warranty company. I have used several real estate agents in the past, but never one like Matt. He actually has become like family, I don't think we would have survived without him. Yes, I would recommend him to friends and family, actually to anyone who ask. I would also use him again, which I hope will not be necessary because I love our home, but you never know. Nice to know we have someone we can count on if we do need to buy (and sell) again.
